Helping Daddy Brew

I am ever so helpful!! I'm helping Daddy brew his beer! I kept telling Daddy that he didn't put enough hops in the beer but he wouldn't listen. So I put another 2 ounces in when he wasn't looking. I also told him that the mash temperature was too high but he didn't listen to me about that either! Hmmph! Like I don't know what I'm doing! Pretty soon, I'll be brewing my own batches and I'll be able to show Daddy how it's done!

My Rocking Horse

This is my super cool rocking horse that my Pappy made me. Mommy has to help me because I'm too small to play on it myself. I named him 'Gimme-a-beer'. I'm not sure what that means but Daddy says it all of the time so I figure that it must be cool!

I asked Pappy to make me a saddle. Some stirrups would come in handy right now. It will be really awesome when I get big enought to actually rock on my horse. Gimme-a-beer and I are already planning on raising a ruckus!

My First Tooth

OK, I'm a little freaked out here!!! Something totally crazy is going on. Something is growing out of my lower gum!!! What the....!?!?!?!?!? I'm slobbering all over myself and I REALLY want to bite things but when I do, IT'S OUCHIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is total crap!!!

Mommy says the thing is called a 'tooth' and that I'll be getting more!! I didn't believe her so I looked it up on the internet. Apparently, I'll get about 20 baby teeth. Then all of those will fall out (sheesh!) and I'll get 32 big-people teeth. Fan-freaking-tastic!!

I Crawled Today!!

I decided to crawl to today. There was a toy that I wanted and I didn't feel like rolling so I booked it clear across the floor. Mommy freaked out. It was pretty funny. She even got it on video so Daddy can see it later.

Mommy picked me up and said that I was a big girl. We laughed and clapped.

If I would have know that crawling was such a big deal, I would have done it months ago!!!

9 Months Old!!!

I'm nine months old today!!! Yeah! Mommy took me to the doctor this morning. I weigh 21 pounds, 2 ounces and I'm 27 and a half inches long!! I grew over two inches since my last appointment. The doctor said that I'm perfect and all of the nurses thought that I was super cute (ppffftttt!! Well, no kidding!! :) I totally impressed the doctor with my patty cake and waving skills. I even threw in a raspberry for that 'wow' factor!!

Olympics, Here I Come!!!

OK, so I decided that, when I grow up, I want to be an Olympic Gymnast. I can roll like a champ and bend myself in half so I figure that I'm halfway there. Mommy put me down for my nap and I wasn't sleepy so I decided to work on my floor exercise. I must have been more tired than I thought. I guess that I fell asleep right in the middle of tumbling.

Man!!! I hope this doesn't happen during the Olympic try-outs!!! That could be a wee bit embarrassing!!!

Baby in the Mirror

This is my new bestest friend!! Her name is Mirror Baby, or MB for short. Not only do we dress alike and like to play exactly the same games at the same time but MB is super, duper cute!!!
















I taught MB how to play Pattycake. She must be crazy smart because she learned it super quick. Although I'm sure seeing my mad Pattycake skills made it pretty easy!! :)
















Seriously. Look at our skills!! There should be a synchronized Pattycake contest. We would totally kick butt!















I love playing with MB. She's totally cool and I have tons of fun.















My only complaint is that her smooches are a little slobbery and inappropriately long. Oh well, no one's perfect!!! :D

Good Morning

Good morning, everybody!!!

This is me, sleeping in my crib. I used to be too afraid to sleep in it but now I sleep in my crib every night like a big girl! :) Mommy reads me a story every night and I hug my Gee-gee so I'm not afraid any more. I love sleeping in my crib...
even when Mommy wakes me up in the morning with the stupid camera flash!!!

Sheesh!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!

This is my mommy. She's pretty OK. Even though she makes me sleep in my crib, makes me eat healthy food, and won't let me play with daddy's computer or HD receiver, she's my mom and I think I'll keep her.

I CANNOT beleive this!! Mommy is making me do housework. She said that it's time that I earn my keep and she said that I had to dust the living room!! HUMMPHHH!! This is a violation of child labor laws!!! This is total crap! This is totally unfair!!
